CSR Report
In October 2004, our Group has made public the “Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group Charter on Professional Conduct,” which has since been a collective standard of conduct to which all employees of the Group adhere.
In accordance with this Charter on Professional Conduct, the corporation is implementing a variety of activities to improve services and insurance products, based on the voices of its customers and other stakeholders.
We prepared this booklet to serve as a key tool of communication by both reporting on the facts of our stance and activities toward such betterment and allowing us to collect feedback from all stakeholders on what we must do to further improve the Company.
